These terms and conditions govern your use of CareerConnect.pk (the “Platform”), an online platform connecting job seekers and employers.

Who these Terms Apply To:

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including individuals seeking jobs, employers posting jobs, and authorized representatives of companies using the platform (collectively, “Users”).

User Content and Responsibility:

CareerConnect.pk is not involved in communication between Users and bears no responsibility for the information provided, including job/resume quality, accuracy, or legality. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit (the “User Content”).

Disclaimer of Warranties:

CareerConnect.pk makes no warranties about the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of User Content. We are not liable for errors arising from reliance on information provided by anyone other than CareerConnect.pk.

Right to Remove Content:

CareerConnect.pk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove User Content from the platform. However, we are not obligated to do so.

Limitations of Liability:

CareerConnect.pk shall not be liable for:

• The Platform meeting user expectations.
• The Platform being secure or error-free.
• Uninterrupted access to the Platform.
• Issues caused by third-party materials, applications, platforms, or software used with the Platform.
• Infrastructure-related issues including viruses, downtime, hardware/software errors, denial of service attacks, or internet disruptions.
• Loss, damage, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, legal changes, wars, terrorism, acts of third parties, epidemics, natural disasters, power outages, weather conditions, hacking, internet issues, or force majeure events.

Limitation of Damages:

Neither CareerConnect.pk nor any party involved in creating or delivering the platform content shall be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if informed of the possibility of such damages.

These exclusions and limitations are essential to this policy.
